The access to the villa is made by a private road which harms only 3 houses and there, at the end of the path you discover the Villa Inattendue, in the middle of the vegetation at the top of the hill.

Our on-the-spot representative, Florence will welcome you at the exit of the boat to accompany you up to the Unexpected villa. You will find the ti-punch of welcome as well as the first dinner and the necessity there for your first breakfast(except for stays of less than 7 days). So, you can take advantage of your first evening without caring about hazards of supermarkets.

A big barbecue Weber is at your disposal to burn out your fishing or the local spiny lobsters.

Of a surface of 75 m², with a view of sea, equipped with a table for 8 people, a lounge corner with sofa of angle and 2 armchairs in an atmosphere of relaxation. Take advantage completely of the internal and outside lounge which trains a spacious set and any comfort.

Completely equipped with an oven, a big induction cooker, microwaves integrated(joined), big fridge, dishwasher, and washing machine into the scullery, the kettle, the barkeeper, the railings – breads, and other household electrical appliances. A ventilator in the ceiling returns the more pleasant cooking.

A bar eats up by-pass the kitchen with 3 stools, where from you will can watching the horizon and why not seeing some jumps of whale in season, ti-punch always in the hand there.

Adjoining bathroom of 9 m² with toilet and walk-in shower. Towels and sheets provided. Possibility of a cot with all the necessary (sheets, mosquito net, bath, high chair)

Climatisation of 12 m ² with bed of 140 and mosquito net, solid wood floor, cupboard, chest of drawers. SDB of 6m² with wash-hand basin, WC and shower with the Italian. Opened on an independent terrace equipped with 2 armchairs, 1 coffee table and 1 hammock.
